Robert S. Shotts, Inc. (Shotts, Inc.) has conducted numerous residential subdivisions throughout southwest Missouri. These subdivisions have included tracts within municipal corporate boundaries as well as rural areas. Projects have ranged from subdivisions containing less than ten lots to those containing more than one hundred lots. The cost of construction and the aesthetic value of the properties are always considerations in the design of the subdivided lands. Shotts, Inc. staff has been involved in land planning since 1977.
